The beauty of the PARA system is that there is a natural flow between states of knowledge depending on how actionable and and time sensitive and responsible we are for it.
Something may start out as a project, after we are done we can see what we can use to improve areas or if there are any interesting ideas or tempaltes we can move to resources or we can simply archive it for future reference.
